RZRsharpKLR wrote:Whoops my bad, I meant Model 386, lol. I like the GOL because of it sexy stature, quality of Mauser, glass shattering sound, hair splitting accuracy, and it comes in OD green and black, best colors on a gun IMO. And in options wise you can choose between conventional, polygon, and ratchet barrel rifling, or smooth bore.
I'm not saying its a bad rifle, just when compared to anything Accuracy International makes its weak.
The S&W 386 is pretty as are all revolvers. Too bad I can't get it with the 4" barrel, its 3mm too small to be legal in Canada. The next one in the series is the 6" barrel which is still cool, but not the same

That Stealth, is a purdy pistol. I like the Kimber Pro Covert II (.45 APC)
I know MMC won't like it because of the M1911's grip safety.

Re: The OFFICIAL Firearm Thread
Now thats a handgun. Whether its the NP-22 as shown or the actual SIG 226 in 9mm, its just a great pistol.

I 1911d and vomited. Kimber is my mortal enemy, even though I must admit they do make high quality firearms. If only those firearms were't 1911s.
BTW, its a stainless steel Kimber Pro Carry II for those that are wondering.
I liked it better when she had the Ladysmith.
Pretty gun is pretty:
Re: The OFFICIAL Firearm Thread
I'm gonna go bankrupt by all these awesome pistols:
Bond Arms Snake Slayer IV in .45 Long Colt/.410 bore (just like the Judge):
http://www.wolverinesupplies.com/default.asp?Pg=8&do=3&mcid=1&scid=26&pid=1511
The IV stands for the 4 1/4" inch barrel that it has so it can be sold in Canada. Their regular Snake Slayer has a 3 14" barrel. Here's why I want it though.
1) Its a Derringer which are MLG pro.
2) It has interchangable barrels which mean I can switch calibers on it. They range from .22 LR all the way to .45 ACP. The only problem is the barrels are 3 1/4" which means putting them on my gun would make it a prohibited firearm. The barrels are no problem to get though, as long as they aren't on a firearm, they're just pieces of rifled metal. The only barrels I can't get are the .32 H&R and .327 Federal Magnum because handguns and their barrels, chambered for .25 and .32 caliber ammunition are prohibited so the barrels wouldn't even make it into the country.
3) Because people in Massachusetts and California can't own it

We don't have a 1 pistol a month thing here. Just place a mass order at once. Pistols come in after 2-3 months.
EDIT: Actually its longer in Quebec because they hate all firearms here. It'd probably take 6+ months here. If you're asking why I have to wait, its because they have to go through the registration process.

More autoloading pistols I'm thinking of buying:
BUL Cherokee in 9x19mm:
http://www.marstar.ca/gf-BUL/BUL-Cherokee.shtm
I want to get the compact with the extended barrel (so its legal in Canada) but I don't know if they have a Compact-G with the extended barrel so I can connect the shoulder stock. If not, I'll just get the regular full sized G model with the shoulder stock.

OH NOM NOM 14" Benelli M4:
http://www.wolverinesupplies.com/default.asp?Pg=12&do=1&NIID=210
Smart people like myself would just buy the 18.5" Benelli and add the 14" barrel later so I wouldn't be buying a restricted firearm. This is how it used to work before even non restricted firearms had to be registered. Now, its still better to get non restricted firearms, but its not much of a difference.

Accuracy International AX Chassis System:
http://www.wolverinesupplies.com/default.asp?Pg=12&do=1&NIID=211
I have the older AICS chassie system for the R700 so it looks like the AI AW, but with the AX, I can make my R700 even cooler. Since I can't legally get the AX-338 without a license to own one, I can get the next best thing.

Re: The OFFICIAL Firearm Thread
Its restricted, but I'm sure I can find an 18.5" barrel for it.
Hi Point 4095TS Carbine in .40 S&W:
http://www.hi-pointfirearms.com/carbines/carbines_4095TS.html
Its the best... BEST gun anyone can own. Its cheap and ammo is plentiful. If you don't own a Hi Point Carbine, either buy one or fall into a wood chipper.

SIGs are pretty. Easily some of the best handguns in the world are made by SIG. The SIG Mosquito however, is for little girls
JK, I'd want one, but getting anything in Canada is the equivalent to going through a 6 hour prostate exam marathon.

My brother has the Baretta version of the Highpoint.....really fun weapon....full auto would be a blast though.

Yeah, about that....
The Beretta CX4 was used by Kimveer Gil to shoot up Dawson College on 2006 in Montreal here. I think its a crappy weapon though because out of the 20 people he shot, only 1 died.
Talk about not battle proven. The Ruger Mini-14 on the other hand, now that's a man's gun. Its been battleproven. Just ask any of the 13 girls who were present at Ecole Polytechnique on December 6th 1989.

Anybody have 4'500$ I could borrow for this?:

You really can't blame the weapon here. The guy is just a bad shot. I've spent a fair amount of time with this 9mm beauty and it's accurate within' its effective range.
The Ruger Mini-14 is one of my all time favs. Used to use one to take out woodchucks on the horse farm.....lethal
