I like Reach. The story is awesome, and it somehow sucked me back into Halo multiplayer, even though I never thought I would play it again. I guess the formula still works, and it's still fun.

Yeah, the AR is such a piece of garbage. It's dumb that it's the default in regular slayer. It just promotes people running at each other and spraying.

I'm sorry but its true, they even sound like garbage in the previous Halo's. I like how they beefed up the sound of it in Reach, but its still garbage.

The AR wasn't all that bad in Halo 3. Really, I could do a lot with an AR/BR combination. I'd gladly take the AR over the BR in closer range.

The AR isn't all that bad in Reach, either. It's just the Pistol and DMR seem to just be all-around better than the AR this time around.
