Fallout New Vegas Discussion

So New Vegas came out today, 10/19, as we all know, so I decided to put up a New Vegas discussion thread.

I don not have New Vegas, but I plan on buying it for myself for Christmas.

Does anybody else think the dude in the pic looks like a futuristic Sam Elliot cowboy badass?

I got like a half hour into the game... it feels like a FO3 mod. And thats it.

...but you didn't spend an extra 200+ hours playing Fallout 3 mods. I had no life a year and a half ago.

Lol. I'm happy enough that it looks like Fallout 3, I loved that game. Although I've been hearing that PS3 versions are freezing already.

ZOMG I LOVE THIS GAME!!! I haven't reached Vegas yet but I still love it!!! And I finally got a house.

Just rented it from blockbuster. Installing to the harddrive to save my xbox from overheating as I am going to play the crap out of it for the next 5 days.

So I'm about 45 minutes in. Just looking around and out of no where the guns dealing in town yells and starts shooting at me. I had to kill him and now my karma is down >_> Bastard.

You can save games to harddrives? To PS3s do this or what?

Yea I know, some of the stuff like that sucks.

When I was going to the Helios One, I came behind everybody so they didn't warn me at all, I went in the building and then everyone was shooting at me .

I just reloaded an old save. though, so not much was lost.

I have to get this game, it looks so addictive and fun.
