Lets attempt to keep this somewhat clean.

Since I leave for AF basic training in December, I've been working out alot more often since june. I usually do sit-ups, push-ups etc. one day and run the second day.

Any tips?

My routine, its worked great for me...

Monday:

(Bicep and Back)

Bicap exercises:

(workout 1)-Take an EZ curl bar or normal barbell and put enough weight on to do at least 10-12 reps. (3 sets of 10-12)

(workout 2)-Dumbbell curls... Take two dumbbelss for each hand and simply curl them. (3 sets of 10-12)

(workout 3)-Cocentration curls... To do these get in a football stance with your feet spread apart. When your working your right arm keep your left arm on your on your left knee. same for the right arm. next keep your elbow so that it is strait with the floor and then slowly bring your arm to the ground and then only come about halfway up and then repeat from there, Go to youtube for a better understanding. (5 sets 10-12 reps)



Back exercises:

(workout 1)-Deadlifts...For the lower back... To do these i would recommend youtube cause i have a hard time explaining these. (3 sets of 10-12 reps)

(workout 2)-Lat pulldowns...sit down and grab the bar with a wide grip and pull it down to your chest. Try not to rock back and forth, but its ok if you do it a little bit. (3 sets of 10-12 reps)

I will give you the rest of my workouts later its kinda tiring doin all this typing but i will share them with you.

Type on the computer. Its quite a workout. Sometimes I have to use the mouse too. I try to mix it up.

Every other day I'll get up at like 4:30am, and just go for a 2 mile runs then back home...well that'd be 4 miles.

Used to run in the morning. Now I just walk/skateboard if I need to go somewhere with in five miles away. That and regular skateboarding is all for me.

Serious question.. How is skatboarding excercize? I use to skateboard, and I was never soar, and never did I have any burning muscles from it, I use to skate ALOT too.

Ever skate and film from 8am-11pm?

I skate till I'm to tired to stand. I like doing it tho. I'm not a big guy and I don't like lifting weights so I just do what ever works for me. My style of skating gives me a good enough work out.

I work as an intern in an 11-floor hospital. I'm starting to take the stairs more and more instead of the elevators.

And I work in fast food.

That's about all the workout I get. Smile

Yeah, I'm on an exercise plan. I do upper body work on Mondays and Wednesdays, play squash and rock climb on Tuesdays, legs on Thursdays, chest and flexibility on Fridays, swimming on Saturdays, and I take Sundays off. I do core every day.


In addition to this, I work as a hockey referee, so that gives me a fair bit of cardio, and I play hockey.
