This is to discuss the things the IW forum mods did right and wrong to help better the moderation here. Its already good ATM but who could not use a little improvement right?
Why the IW mods?
Because we have all experienced their moderation and have a commom ground with them as opposed to a mod from a previous forum one of us might have been too.
I will start:

His problem was his bias towards Treyarch and other things in general. Mods cannot be biased. Mods need to be a neutral party that look at the situation from both stand points. Not just lock/delete something because they disagree with the opinion of the OP.

Well, it could be that if you wanted to. I did not want to do anything like that because Flyer told me you might lock it.
This thread is now crucifying all IW mods.

I never got that rule in forums. Often political and religious discussions are the most interesting.
Especially seeing as we know pretty much everyone who uses this forum, we can be fairly sure that everyone won't flame, or make flamebait statements like "JESUS ISNT REAL LOL".
