I've been using Sitrep (Pro) a lot lately for the challenge, I already completed it but I'm still using it now.
I think Ninja is definitely one of the better (best) perk, but I like to go for the underdog
edit, and I also think it's yellow, did you notice that the Ninja perk emblem (not the callsign emblem) has a worse quality than the other perk emblems. It's something I noticed (I have HD in case that would make a difference).
Also, the only perk that obviously seemed green to me was Martyrdom.

yeah that would work but a headset is 1000 dollars cheaper for near the same quality.
