The Expendables

For someone who has seen every single Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone movie in existence, this will be the greatest action movie of the 21st century so far.

I'm seeing it tomorrow.

Even if the story isn't the best, it will be one of the best movies that has came out in a while. They have the best actors for this movie, I mean they have Arnold Schwarzenegger, Crew, Stallone, and Willis!

Inception is invariably going to be the better film of the two, but The Expendables looks like it's going to be more my kind of film. I didn't realise Jason Statham was starring in The Expendables until a few hours ago. I'm interested in seeing it, but it releases in the UK on the 19th, and I can't really afford to see it. I have £50 - all of which is going towards Mafia II on release date - the Limited Edition. But if I can I will check out The Expendables.

Statham is my favorite actor, so it's already going in the right direction. I've seen most of his films. For anyone who hasn't, he's played the lead, Frank Martin, in The Transporter trilogy and Chev Chelios in the Crank films... as well as one of the leads in War, alongside Jet Li. And he starred in Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels. Which is regarded as one of the best British gangster films of all time - the same with Snatch, which he also appears in. As for Stallone and and the rest, I think I'm pretty much set. Mindless action? Check. Favorite actor? Check. 18+ rating in the UK? Not sure. If it's a 15+ I can probably chance walking in and watching. But I don't imagine it being that gory TBH.
