HELP! I need GOOD PROXIES!!!!!! I WAS JUST IP BANNED FROM CODHQ AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY!!!!! I need some good proxies. I tried using a few that came up on google but they are all crap. I need GOOD ones.

Hows about you do some research eh?

Tor is an anonymity network, it sends your packets through several random servers, and it is almost impossible to track who originally sent the packets. So yes, it will change your "IP adress"
