Red Dead Rejection....

So I picked up a used copy of RDR yesterday and I've put a little time into it and I have a question for those who have played/finised the game.

Does this ever get exciting?
I fell like all I do is ride my horse around the prarie shooting a skinning animals. I won a duel and bagged a bounty but it's hardly thrilling.

Does the pace pick up or is like this the entire time?

Play Free Roam with friends. Shit gets really exciting once you get the faster horses and better weapons.

I have RDR and have completed the campaign. I liked it, it doesn't get really intense until the end though.

I have a hard time getting into these sandbox type of games sometimes, just too much errand boy bullshit.

I'm going to give it a little more time and maybe it'll grow on me. Graphically it's stunning but the gameplay can be tedious.

So I've decided to be a total criminal degenerate for this game. I'm essentially shooting anyone who can't help me in some way. My bounty is growing steadily.

Do it in Free Roam. The law will endlessly chase after you until you either die or run out of ammo.

Thinking about picking up a used game and my brother in law was talking about this at Xmas dinner. He said he would bring me his undead nightmare cd since he doesn't have a Xbox. I'll check Gamestop next week to see if they have it used.

I finally got around to picking this game up. Installing it right now and going to play it the rest of the night.
