My traditional art

Post  Helen on Sat Oct 30, 2010 10:13 pm

So I managed to get my printer scanner working. (God I hate HP scanners) i also took a few pictures of some of my major projects, which obviously didn't fit into my scanner. So cheaa, enjoy critique whatever. Oh you gotta note these images are huge, so make room on your desktop people. You guys might have already seen it on iwf lol

Nice work, Helen. Maybe you should use some of that work for your avatar, and get rid of your creepy one. Razz

So I've been scouring my hard drive for something half decent to show, I still prefer traditional over digital but heres some decent digital sketches:

^^ Sinobu from the anime "Bakemonogatari". Wanted to try coloring with a limited palliate and low opacity.

^^ Technically this one wasn't digital, it was a doodle, but then I traced it in photoshop and added a few colors. I tried something different with the eyes, guess it came out alright.

^^ Forgot where this one was from, but I think I based it off a the main character in Spice and Wolf.

^^ Unfinished, never will finish.

^^ Based off an original character by a favorite artist of mine.

^^ Practice of drawing anime curled hair.

Yeah anime sucks dude.
