CSI Miami, definitely. The rest of the series is decent enough, but Miami has the best cases and stuff, as well as the better characters. New York is good too, but the original CSI was alright until Grissom was removed for the new guy, played by Lawrence Fishburne or whatever his name is. I wasn't too pleased with how they took Sara or Grissom out of the original either though, with the weird, creepy affair thing going on.
