I need to lose 40lbs by Christmas
As you may or may not know, I'm currently a fat guy. I'm 5'9" and 230lbs. I should only be 190lbs. I have lost 10lbs in the last 3 months through basic exercise and portion control. I feel like I need to step it up a notch. I will lose 40lbs in 4 months. It may seem unattainable, but this is my goal and I will work my ass off to achieve it. Even if I don't achieve it, I'll have lost weight anyway.
What really motivated me to lose the weight was I couldn't hold a firearm properly anymore. It really disturbed me that I couldn't defend my wife and myself properly if I ever needed to.
Anyway, I thought it was a good idea to make a thread about it.
All fat jokes will be laughed at if they're good enough because being fat is bad.

Tried that already. Apparently you need to have legs to get rid of them. I'm mostly torso and head fat.

Tried that too. But I don't have hands.

Then remove your penis. It may remove a gram or two.

I would, but then my weight would drop so drastically, children in Africa would call sending donations to me.

Well just keep doing what you are doing. Don't mix things up like starving yourself or changing your diet. Because your body has to get accustom to the change in diet and it will act accordingly so. Pretend you skip a meal. Next time you eat you'll actually gain MORE weight.
If you are worried about portion wise, ditch the greasy food and go for high stats and low calories. It should fill you up like normal food without the guilt.
Or you can go for an all fish diet. Healthy and fulfilling. However don't cook your fish in grease but instead use alternatives such as olive oil or natural conductors. (:

Been doing all that good stuff. The only reason I think I havent lost more weight is Im not doing enough exercise. Patty suggested swimming so I guess Ill do that.

Swimming is really good, if you don't like to get wet you could always go for a run or a jog. If you feel uncomfortable running outside you could always run on your treadmill if you have one.

Well, all I did was basic and I mean BASIC exercise along with the occasional night time stroll with my wife. I definitely need to renue my gym membership. I dont even know why I stopped going. I guess I just got lazy.
