La-Poo-Ah.
Anything else is wrong. Like Mar-Tee-Dome.
Re: The OFFICIAL Firearm Thread
MMC, I also have a question. Would it be physically possible to fire a .50 Cal Sniper while standing up and holding it?

Yes, but all accuracy would go down the toilet. Then your shoulder would be in immeasurable pain.
It also weighs 35-40 pounds.

Dominion Arms Grizzly Mag 12.5" barrel in 12 gauge:
http://www.frontierfirearms.ca/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=17_648_651&products_id=4401
Its an 870 clone but its fed by a detachable 5 round magazine. They also have it with the standard fixed stock, but the M4 style stock just makes go Now if they only made the 8.5 inch Grizzly have a box mag fed variation, that'd be the best shotgun to ever exist in the history of existence that wasn't full auto.

Re: The OFFICIAL Firearm Thread
Here's that other shotgun I was talking about in the previous post:
Dominion Arms Grizzly 8.5" barrel in 12 gauge:
http://www.canadaammo.com/product.php?productid=173&cat=0&page=1
It also comes with a pistol grip to reduce the overall length to about 16". It only has a capacity of 2+1 so a 5 round box would be great. Since there's no magazine restriction on manual action firearms (bolt, pump, lever), they could even make a 20 drum for it with no issues. Both this and the other shotgun are non restricted and easy to get (for Canadian standards anyway). For all the shitty and backwards firearm laws we have, at least we have dumbass laws that allow this kind of stuff.
Here's a video of it being fired:

Well here's me trying to break my apathy:
Armscor M30SAS in 12 gauge:
http://www.armscor.com.ph/img/edited/shotgunsas.jpg
Similar to the Armscor M30R8 except this one has sling swivel mounts and a heatshield. 6+1 capacity is enough for me. It seems this thread is going more and more into the direction of shotguns. Just a trend I noticed.

Weighs a lot, but puts lots of holes where I want them to go. Too bad its illegal in Canada, now I have to sneak one in which not only costs 10x more, but is no guarantee it'll come through.

Lucky bastard
If they made a .22 LR one for either a 10/22 or Mossberg 702 Plinkster, I'd probably get one since rimfire rifle magazines have no magazine restriction. In case you're wondering, rimfire pistols have a magazine capacity of 10 just like all other handgun magazines in Canada. Go figure.
Re: The OFFICIAL Firearm Thread
Look at this badass revolver:
Ruger Vaquero in .44 Special "Sheriff's Model":
http://www.lipseys.com/eImages/05145.jpg
I always liked the .44 Special, short barreled revolvers and single action revolvers. This is like, my ultimate revolver. Prohibited in Canada due to its barrel length but Ruger also makes one with a 4.62" barrel which is legal. Now if they only made it "Bisley" style. That would be the fucking holy grail of my collection.
EDIT: In case you're wondering, here's what a "Bisley" model looks like:
http://www.hogvalleyproducts.com/images/lipseys/file694554dae6eb4c01b0b207fde99e8fb9.jpg
This particular Ruger Vaquero is chambered in .45 Colt a.k.a. .45 Long Colt as I prefer (both terms are correct) and has a 5.5" barrel.

Finally, the Beretta M9A1 (Upgraded version of the Beretta M9) is finally availible for civilian purchase as the Beretta 92A1:
Beretta 92A1 in 9x19mm Parabellum:
http://www.berettausa.com/products/model-92a1/default.aspx
There's also the Beretta 96A1, which is an upgraded version of the Beretta 96 which was basically a Beretta 92 except in .40 S&W, but the 92A1 just has that badass feel to it.

An absolutely disgusting act by police. Going to a legitimate firearm collector's home and raiding his house. Calling all his firearms "weapons" that only have the purpose to cause injury and death. Saying he's a "disgrace" to real gun collectors who really don't collect these "weapons". Just absolutely disgusting. At least the guy is getting a lawyer specializing in firearms laws in Canada. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Re: The OFFICIAL Firearm Thread
I have finally found the pistol I was supposed to be getting in the original post. It may come as surprise to some of you, but it'll make sense in the end.
As most of you know, I dislike the AR-15 platform for standard length rifles chambered in .223. As a few of you may know, I actually like AR-15 platform firearms that have either pistol size barrels or are SBR (short barreled rifles). One particular AR-15 platform firearm I do like is the Colt 9mm SMG (yes that's the name, no special model number). Its probably my favorite 9mm SMG and I'd even take it over the (DP will probably kill me) MP5. Since its an SMG and therefore full auto, I can't legally purchase or own it in Canada. Therefore I have found a solution.
The Rock River Arms LAR-9 Pistol in 9x19mm Parabellum. Notice how the 10.5" A2 model looks a lot like the Colt 9mm SMG, since the Colt 9mm SMG has a 10.5" barrel and carry handle. The only difference is probably the telescoping stock. If I can attach a telescoping stock to this model, I most definitely will. If I can't attach one for whatever reason, I'll just buy a RRA LAR-9 rifle Lower Receiver (which is the part considered a firearm) and buy a LAR-9 Pistol Upper Receiver so that I can have the telescoping stock.
Next will come the magazine. Unfortunately, I can't legally own the 32 round magazine that would make it look identical to the Colt 9mm SMG, but at least RRA supplies you with a 10 round "Canada Compliant" magazine. I can still get the 32 round magazine illegally, but I'd rather get this bad boy.
Either way, I've found my pistol/SBR. This thread will now go forward and officially have no other purpose but to talk about firearms.
EDIT: Like, I said, assuming I can't attached a stock to the pistol, I'll just buy the RRA LAR-9 rifle Lower and the RRA LAR-9 pistol 10.5" barrel upper. Here's what they look like:
Rock River Arms LAR-9 10.5" A2 Upper Reciever:

Well, since the RRA LAR-9 Hybrid (Yup, that's what I'm calling it) is gonna be an SBR, I'm gonna need this as my "sidearm".
AMT AutoMag III in .30 Carbine:
http://www.kitsune.addr.com/Firearms/Auto-Pistols/AMT_Automag_III.htm
That's right bitches, it fires .30 Carbine semi automatically. Its an M1 Carbine in a holster, which I haven't found yet because of how ginormous it is. It'll be way easier to find a nice sling for my Hybrid compared to this mutha fucker.
EDIT: And holy crap I actually found one.
Protech Outdoors WSB-35 "Intimidator":

It actually fits the whole thing in there. Too bad they don't make a shoulder holster for it, but I guess this is good.
