New Red Orchestra trailers are looking sweet.

I used to play the original RO back when it came out and I just found out that they are going to be making a new one. Stuff is looking sweet.

So far, there are three trailers I saw on gametrailers.com. Apparently they are going to have sticky cover. Like, you press a button up against the wall and your character will go up against it and you can move back and forth down the wall -- just like Gears. But in this new Red Orchestra, you can pop out of, say, a doorway and the further to the side of the doorway you aim the more your model will stand out. And then when you stop aiming your character will automatically come back behind the cover.

And there was always bullet drop in RO, but now they are going to allow you to adjust your sights of both iron sights and sniper scopes. So instead of saying "Hey, that guy is far away so I just need to aim above his head," you will be saying, "That guy is far away so I need to adjust my scope for the farther distance."

I dunno. It looks like it could be really fun. They are also going to have their "one-life" mode. But instead of just one life for the whole round like in SnD, there will be more than one section of the rounds. Like, there will be an attacking and defending team. No one will respawn at first. The attackers must capture a location and the defenders my defend it. But if the attackers capture this location, then everyone respawns and there is a new, further location to be captured.
